Lieutenant Alan Ward has worked for Seminole County Fire Department for twenty-two years. He is currently assigned to the SHOT engine at Fire Station 12. Lt. Ward was instrumental in the development of the live burn building and program. He has taught the new hires fire ground ops for the last ten years, as well as various fire ground operations for the whole department. Lt. Ward has led the trench class for 12 years and has been an adjunct instructor for confined space, VMR, and hazmat.
