Lieutenant Jaynes has been with the Seminole County Fire Department for twenty years. Lt. Jaynes is currently assigned to the Special Hazards Operations Team, Squad 2. Lt. Jaynes is the FEMA USAR Search / Rescue Manager for Florida Task Force 4 and is USAR certified in Heavy Equipment Rigging, Large Animal, Water Rescue. Lt. Jaynes is the lead instructor for all rope rescue courses. Lt. Jaynes has completed the Advanced manufacturer level courses In Artificial High Directionals and arborist rescue.
